The Assistant Box Office Manager is responsible for supervising the daily operation of the Florida Theatre’s Box Office. Primary duties include: Support and assist the Director of Ticketing with all operations of the box office. Handle the daily process of event ticket sales, including window sales, mail orders, phone orders, internet sales, group sales, and pre-sales for theatre members, artist fan clubs, and other VIPs. Serve as Manager on Duty at events, supervising part-time staff, handling customer complaints and seating issues, and making last-minute changes for Front of House and Programming staff.
