The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for an Assistant Coach I to provide direct and independent coaching for student-athletes who compete in Division I, NCAA Women's Lacrosse for the University of Florida. The Assistant Coach I is responsible for promoting academic excellence as well as the assessment of recruitment or prospective student-athletes, which includes creating individualized development plans for each student-athlete and contributing to overall game and match plans. Other responsibilities include assist with other administrative duties as assigned. Note: This position does not receive an employment contract. Employment is at-will.
