The Yale Athletics Fellowship Program’s purpose is to engage and cultivate young professionals interested in working in college athletics. The positions will provide Fellows the opportunity to work in one of the world’s most prestigious collegiate athletic programs at Yale University. Fellows will gain integral skills within their specific department, industry knowledge, and career development advice and support. This position will best serve college graduates or entry-level young professionals looking for their first full-time opportunity in the collegiate athletic landscape.
Roles and Responsibilities
Fellowships are paid fixed duration non-benefit flexible hour positions. Fellows will support one of the following Yale Athletic Departments:
Campus Recreation
Event Management
Strategic Communications
Ticketing
Minimum Qualifications
Interest in working in college athletics
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must hold or be on track to graduate with a bachelor’s degree before the start of this position
Must have a valid driver’s license and have a car to drive to multiple events and facilities
Fellows may be expected to assist nights, weekends, and holidays
Job is in-person in New Haven, Connecticut
