The University of Tennessee, a member of the Southeastern Conference, has a twelve-month position available July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026. This position is designed to expose the individual to all aspects of a Ticket Office's operation, including learning the Ticketmaster/Archtics ticketing system and customer service. Responsibilities - Management of all ticket office responsibilities for Olympic sports - Assist with game day management of football and basketball - Reconciliation of events - Attend meetings and events as assigned by the Director of Ticket Operations - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent customer service and communication skills, and a willingness to work nights and weekends
