Provide service to customers for tickets to Georgia Tech athletic events to include operation of automated ticketing systems, responding to customer inquiries and maintaining associated records. Coordinates ticketed admissions to sporting events. Responsibilities •Coordinate and provide phone and window services related to sporting event ticket inquiries, sales and related customer services. •Monitor performance of and operate ticketing related software systems. •Participate in sports event management through coordination of ticketed admissions process. •Account for and report on ticketing sales. •Supervise activities of interns and student employees as required. •Perform other duties as assigned
