ROLE OVERVIEW: The Director of Ticket Sales & Service will lead and manage a team of account executives responsible ticket sales and retention for the University of South Florida. Tasked with delivering on annual ticket sales revenue goals, this position includes the opportunity to work directly on the project and campaign supporting South Florida’s new football stadium, opening in 2027 and located on-campus for the first time in school history. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead in planning and establishing processes that ensure the team meets its ticket sales revenue goals - Sell season ticket plans and multi-game packages for select University of South Florida athletics programs, including football, men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s soccer, baseball, softball, volle
