Job Summary/Basic Function: Responsibilities in this position include recruiting, preparation of student-athletes for competition, practice and game strategy preparation, ensuring the academic success of student-athletes, engaging in public relations activities within the community, developing and maintaining a yearly budget, and various administrative functions. All coaches are required to abide by the rules and regulations established by Weber State University, Big Sky Conference, and the NCAA. Weber State University (WSU) is a member of the NCAA at the Division I (FCS) level. In accordance with the principles of NCAA rules compliance, it is understood that any employee who is found in violation of NCAA regulations shall be subject to disciplinary or corrective action as set forth in the provisions of the NCAA enforcement procedures, including suspension without pay or termination of employment for significant or repetitive violations.

Bachelor's Degree
Five years NCAA football coaching experience
