Basic Function Responsible for premium seating and assisting with all activities of athletics development/ the Cowboy Joe Club. Duties and Responsibilities •Identifies, cultivates, solicits and stewards annual fund donations and CJC memberships. •Responsible for the achievement of fundraising goals/objectives through premium seating and gifts made to obtain premium seats •Executes a year-round strategic plan for football premium seating, including Wildcatter and future west side club area. •Works closely with the Wyoming Ticket Office and Comptroller, External Operations to manage inventory and to track payments •Uses current and generates new leads for premium ticket sales and to solicit donations.
