· Manage ticket operations for athletic events, including implementation of policy and procedures relating to ticket sales, sales strategy, ticket distribution, and allocation. · Plan and implement a customer service strategy that provides fans with first class support, resolves customer ticket issues efficiently, and develops relationships with season ticket base and other fans. · Collaborate with community organizations, university partners, and internal units such as marketing, promotions, communications, and creative services to maximize revenue and attendance for all ticketed sports by increasing single-game sales, season tickets, group sales, and student engagement. · Coordinate all fiscal activities for the ticket office including event reconciliation, daily deposits and settlements
