JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Head Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Coach will be responsible for the conduct and overall supervision of the Men’s and Women’s Cross Country programs. The position’s main responsibility will be to recruit; develop and retain student-athletes; coach and develop a highly competitive NCAA Division III Men’s and Women’s Cross Country program; This position will also serve as the Assistant to the Men’s and Women’s Cross-Country programs and will work to assist the head coach in performing all duties in compliance with all NCAA, Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference, and Earlham College rules and regulations.
