Job descriptionResponsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the database- Follow call center scripts and protocols to ensure consistency and quality of service- Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team performance targetsExpected hours: 24 – 35 per week Benefits:- Flexible schedule- On-the-job training- Referral program- Work from homeShift:- D
