Provides overall support directly related to customer service, ticket printing and general office operations,

• Willingness to do what it takes to exceed customer and client expectations
  
  
• Exercises discretion and independent judgement with all aspects of customer service on a daily basis through telephone and email
  
  
• Handling of client exchanges and refunds
  
  
• Client ticket fulfillment and pre-print orders (formatting, printing, packing and shipping)
  
  
• Maintaining and shipping scanner equipment
  
  
• Ordering and restocking of office supplies and ticket stock
  
  
• Maintain calendar (tasks, anniversaries, vacations)
  
  
• Identify and communicate system issues to President, Directors and Account Managers
  
  
• Provide system enhancement ideas and feedback to President and Directors
  
  
• Securing the office as needed for opening or closing
  
  
• Pick up incoming mail and packages from reception area
  
  
• Deliver mail and packages by vehicle to the various shipping outlets
