FriendlySky is a mobile first white label ticketing technology platform that helps rightsholders, teams, artists and event organizers better monetize their official products and packages online, completely under their brand. Tickets, hospitality, hotel, travel, stadium suites, premium seats, VIP experiences, merchandise and more can all be sold as standalone items and/or bundled into packages with upsell options and choices.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and creatively calling on a prospect pipeline (via targeting and qualifying leads through cold calls and referrals) for potential partnership opportunities
Responsible for communicating our offerings to new potential clients
Own the partner relationship through the sales process and manage the transition process to the client success team.
Cultivate relationships within existing and relevant client accounts
Work with partners to understand business challenges and formulate solutions
Participate in individual weekly reporting to track prospects, partners and renewal accounts
Think critically when planning to assure future success
Collaborate with leadership on development strategy
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-2 years' prior industry experience - with another company in the online ticketing space preferred.
Passion for the live event industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Focused and goal-oriented
Relationship builder
Excellent oral and written communication skills to develop strong working relationships with partners, coworkers and other stakeholders.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
Position is remote
Ability to work nights/weekends/holidays as needed
Occasional travel may be required
Office setting when not traveling
