The Assistant Director, Event Management will act as primary event manager at assigned athletic events (acting as liaison for officials and visiting teams and supervising event staff, ushers, ticket takers, ball kids, public address announcer). Collaborates and communicates with numerous athletic department areas and campus partners including athletic communications, fan experience, facility operations, video services, ticketing parking and concessions to ensure the successful presentation of events & championships. Assists with the preparation of OSU athletic events, championship and tournaments and large stadium concerts or events (can include, but is not limited to contacting visiting teams and officials, preparing pass lists and timing protocols and facility set up). Assists with the E
