POSITION SUMMARY: The Assistant Athletic Director, Ticket Sales and Service will be responsible for overseeing the sales strategy and daily operations of the Tulane Athletic Ticket Office. This position will be responsible for driving revenue through new sales and renewal efforts and will oversee day-to-day ticket operations and services. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Responsible for sales strategy and execution to maximize overall revenue through new sales, renewals, and annual fund donations. Work closely with external staff to execute sales plans. Supervise, manage, and mentor a strong outbound sales team (phone and in-person) for season, group, mini-plan, and other ticket packages.
