Description The Box Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the AMFS Box Office, including Box Office Staff, Box Office Supervisor and student workers. Responsibilities include scheduling, payroll, training staff and maintaining superior customer service with all AMFS patrons. This person will maintain the knowledge and enforce all AMFS ticketing policies, troubleshoot technical and patron issues as they arise, and act as Manager on Duty throughout the summer season. This position reports to the Director of Ticket Services and will work closely with the Director of Ticket Services and Front of House staff.
