The University of Missouri Athletics Department is seeking a competitive and driven individual to join their Ticket Sales & Service team. Reporting directly to the Director of Ticket Sales & Retention, the Assistant Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating tickets sales campaigns across all sports and while providing exceptional customer service through each interaction. Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Processing ticket transactions. Providing phone and in-person customer service to fans. Handling customer service issues and ensure they are efficiently resolved. Working with coaches, staff & administration to plan, implement and execute ticket sales plan, driving revenue and attendance.
